Role Modeling, being a leader, being an Athlete – Three terms that are synonymous with each other. It is true that you can’t be one without the others. Athletics, whether in College, Middle or High School, is just as much about leadership on the field, as it is off of it. So much of an athlete’s identity is bound-up in their career goals, the sports they play and what they’re involved with outside of the classroom. We can help student athletes foster and hone the skills they are learning on the field, court, rink or track, and help them translate them into life – how to market yourself as more than an athlete, but as a student leader. It starts with Role Modeling, and this workshop can get the whole team on-board.
