StrengthsQuest: Make The Most of College – Workshop Description:
Gallup’s StrengthsQuest journey begins with a 30-minute online assessment that has helped more than 12 million people around the world discover their talents. After taking the StrengthsFinder assessment, participants will receive a customized report that lists their top five talent themes, along with action items for development and suggestions about how they can use their talents to achieve academic, career, and personal success.
We have a certified Strengths Facilitator on our Coaching Team to help you navigate and explore this amazing tool that is proven to help turn your talents into strengths. Specifically, this workshop would focus on college students and how they can leverage their strengths to make the most of the college experience. This workshop is for first-year students who are transitioning into college; for the college senior who just realized they could have done so much more and wants to maximize the remaining them they have left in college; and every college student in-between. This is a highly customized workshop that challenges students through impactful exercises that will deepen self-exploration and college student identity development.
